A busy weekend

Whew. This weekend is going to be way busier than normal for us. Hopefully we can make it through without stress. Today we drive one hour to Lake Charles, LA for a birthday party and to see family for the day. Tomorrow, we go to Houston (2 hours) for a funeral. Nathan's friend's mom passed away sadly from a battle with cancer. And I worked yesterday to make up for Monday, so I'm not spending much time at home like normal. But I think today will be fun, and I think it's good for Nathan to be with his friend and provide support during a hard time.
