When you make your coffee in the morning, use 1 scoop of decaf, and 1 scoop of regular. Drink that for about a week. Then cut back even more on the regular while increasing the decaf. Before you know it, you'll be drinking nothing but decaf.<BR/><BR/>If it's soda that is your vice, then I'd say maybe try the same thing.<BR/><BR/>Good luck!
